Job summary

Broadline Group are seeking Full-Time Baristas to cover Dublin city and surrounding areas. The roles require a minimum of six months’ Barista experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to provide work references.

You will be working across hospitality and catering settings in Dublin and surrounding areas. Candidates should have strong English, be professional and personable, and able to multitask under pressure with flexibility to work Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ Barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service or catering with strong English and customer service.
• Professional, well-presented and personable with ability to multitask.
• Able to follow management direction and provide two references.
• Valid permission to work in Ireland, PPS number and Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Open and close coffee stations, ensuring readiness for service.
• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent customer service, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with hot and cold counter duties and general food service following management direction.
• Work effectively as part of the hospitality team, staying calm during busy periods.

Broadline Group are looking for Full-Time Baristas throughout Dublin.

Suitable Baristas must have a minimum of six months’ relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide work references. We have ongoing Barista positions available across a range of hospitality and catering all throughout Dublin City and surrounding area.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months’ Barista experience in a fast-paced environment, including full coffee machine operation; Latte Art is an advantage.
• Experience in food service or catering, with excellent written and verbal English and strong customer service skills.
• Professional, well-presented and personable, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, follow management direction and provide two working references.
• Valid permission to work in Ireland, including a valid PPS number and Right to Work documentation, with flexibility to work Monday–Friday daytime shifts.

Responsibilities
