Qualifications

• Strong Administration experience is essential, ideally in a client facing role.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering Team and customers to understand parts and machinery requirements for each site.
• Prepare quotes for customers based on their needs.
• Build technical knowledge of machinery and spare parts to understand and meet customer issues.
• Develop relationships with customer contacts to understand requirements.
• Coordinate with inhouse stores and suppliers to ensure parts are available and delivered.
• Guide customers through the spare parts process from request to delivery.
• Follow up with accounts to ensure orders are paid.
