Job summary

Wallace Myers International is seeking an Engineering Stores & Parts Coordinator to manage engineering stores, spare parts, and maintenance consumables across multiple sites. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, supplier management, and cost-effective procurement to minimise downtime.

The successful candidate will have experience in engineering stores or manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and proven ability to optimise stock and reporting while supporting site maintenance activities.

• Strong inventory management and purchasing experience.
• Confident using ERP/stock control systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational, communication, and supplier management skills.

Engineering Stores & Parts Coordinator Mon-Fri - Parking onsite

I'm currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an Engineering Stores & Parts Coordinator. This role will focus on managing engineering spare parts, maintenance consumables, and inventory across multiple sites, ensuring critical parts are available to support production and minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering stores, stock levels, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate purchasing of spare parts and maintenance consumables
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while sourcing cost-effective solutions
• Monitor critical spares and support maintenance activities across sites
• Investigate stock discrepancies and drive inventory improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate system data and reporting
• Reduce obsolete, excess, and duplicate stock while optimising inventory value

About You:
