Job summary

Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner in Ireland to partner with senior leaders, deliver strategic HR support, coach managers, and drive workforce initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical ecosystem.

You will lead stakeholder partnerships, contribute to HR strategy, and support payroll, data integrity, and compliance. Fluency in Spanish and 3–4 years of HRBP experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience supporting leaders across HR disciplines.
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
• Experience coaching managers and supporting organisational change and people initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business and corporate functions as an HR partner.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Coach line managers to strengthen leadership and performance outcomes.
• Partner with external vendors and benefits providers to support HR programmes.
• Lead or participate in strategic HR projects including diversity and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive organisational change and management/leadership development programmes.
• Support payroll data changes and HR operations such as records management and data integrity.
• Analyse employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and inform actions.
• Advise on performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievance matters.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical environments.
