Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional HR accreditation (CIPD or local equivalent) preferred.
• 3–4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience across disciplines.
• Experience in regulated/pharmaceutical or medical devices environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support organisational goals and people strategy.
• Coach line managers to strengthen leadership and performance outcomes.
• Lead HR initiatives like diversity, inclusion, employer branding, and change delivery.
