Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• 3–4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coaching managers and supporting organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and act as a proactive HR partner.
• Contribute to HR strategy and work with Senior HR Manager to align with business objectives.
