Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR support. You will coach managers, drive engagement initiatives, and contribute to people initiatives across the organisation.

The role covers HR strategy, change management, payroll support, and collaboration with vendors to enhance the employee experience, within a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• 3–4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience coaching managers and driving organisational change.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
• HR data/metrics experience to generate insights and reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support people strategy and organisational goals.
• Develop and execute HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and culture.
• Coach line managers to strengthen leadership and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and benefits providers for HR programmes.
• Lead or participate in strategic HR projects including diversity, employer branding and HR programme implementation.
• Support payroll data accuracy and HR operations across core lifecycle activities.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary processes, and policy updates.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
