OpenAI in Dublin is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Ads Solutions (Spanish speaking) to support advertisers from onboarding through growth on our advertising platform.

You will manage a portfolio of partners, drive adoption, analyze performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to enhance value.

This role operates in a hybrid model with three days in the office and relocation assistance for new hires.

Formación

• 5–10+ years in digital advertising or related client-facing roles.
• Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships on a platform/adtech.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with data querying (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset in fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth.
• Spanish language fluency required.
• Full working rights for Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners.
• Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations.
• Surface advertiser feedback to inform product improvements.
• Help build scalable processes and best practices for OpenAI's ads ecosystem.
