OpenAI, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard, launch, and grow advertiser partnerships on the OpenAI ads platform.

You will manage a portfolio of partners and act as their trusted advisor to help achieve business objectives while maintaining a responsible platform experience. You’ll work at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution, partnering with Sales and internal teams to drive long-term partner growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising or related client-facing roles.
• Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform/adtech environment.
• Able to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with data querying (e.g. SQL) and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong relationship-building.
• Ability to operate with ownership and accountability in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners; be their primary point of contact.
• Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches for strong product adoption.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy and Operations to resolve issues and improve value.
• Surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and strategy.
• Help build scalable processes and best practices to support OpenAI’s ads ecosystem growth.
