Candidates should have at least 1 year of spa therapy experience, ITEC or equivalent, and fluent English; responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, upselling treatments, and supporting spa operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa therapist, ideally in the hospitality industry
• ITEC or equivalent qualifications are essential
• Hands-on experience in face and body therapies
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Fluent in English is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive working attitude
• Legal right to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Carry out all spa treatments to a high professional standard
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests before, during, and after treatments
• Start and finish treatments on time while providing a relaxing experience
• Promote spa facilities and upsell retail products and additional treatments
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness in treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces
• Replace used towels, linens, and spa supplies
• Restock oils, lotions, toiletries, and refreshments
• Ensure guest areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming
• Assist spa therapists and reception staff when required
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to management
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with guests and colleagues
• Be flexible and available to work according to business needs
