Responsibilities

• Carry out all spa treatments to a high professional standard
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests before, during, and after treatments
• Start and finish treatments on time while providing a relaxing experience
• Promote spa facilities and upsell retail products and additional treatments
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness in treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces
• Replace used towels, linens, and spa supplies
• Restock oils, lotions, toiletries, and refreshments
• Ensure guest areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming
• Assist spa therapists and reception staff when required
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to management
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with guests and colleagues
• Be flexible and available to work according to business needs

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. Our company philosophy is built upon three core values: employee experience, customer experience and standards of excellence.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa, reporting to the Spa Manager. We are looking for full-time and part-time Spa Therapists. Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and 11am-8pm. The Spa at the Killarney Plaza Hotel is an award-winning Spa with six treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, and a relaxation garden.

Role Overview

This role combines spa treatment delivery with excellent customer service while ensuring the spa environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Care & Treatments

• Carry out all spa treatments to a high professional standard.
