Job summary

The O’Donoghue Ring Collection invites applications for an experienced Spa Therapist to join the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa team, delivering treatments and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Minimum 1 year experience, ITEC or equivalent qualification, and fluent English are essential. Roles available full-time and part-time with day shifts from 9:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00 in a premier spa environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Spa therapist.
• ITEC or equivalent qualifications essential.
• Hands-on experience in face and body therapies.
• Sales experience will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all spa treatments to a high professional standard.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests before, during, and after treatments.
• Start and finish treatments on time while providing a relaxing experience.
• Promote spa facilities and upsell retail products and additional treatments.
• Assist spa therapists and reception staff when required.
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with guests and colleagues.
