Job summary

The Brehon Hotel & Spa invites applications from friendly, service-minded individuals to join our front desk team in Killarney. You will greet guests on arrival, manage queries, and assist with reservations to create a relaxing stay.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months receptionist experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a team spirit with the initiative to provide excellent guest care.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months previous experience in a receptionist role.
• Warm, friendly personality with a genuine interest in guest care.
• Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed.
• Good communication skills required and organisational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
• To deal politely and efficiently with all guests queries & reservations.
• Provide explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
• To sell spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.
