Job summary

Center Parcs Aqua Sana Forest Spa in Longford Forest is hiring a Spa Receptionist to deliver friendly front-of-house service, manage bookings and queries, and support treatment and retail sales. The role suits a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills in a hotel/spa setting.

Part-time with a guaranteed 80 hours over 4 weeks, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Attractive perks and a supportive team environment are offered.

Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
• Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
• Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
