Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a lead for Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longford. This hands-on role manages day-to-day operations, motivates a large team and drives guest experiences and commercial success during shifts.

The role requires experience in customer service and people management, with flexibility across spa areas and a focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
• Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
• Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
• Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 25th May 2027

• Part‑time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About You

• Experienced in customer service and people management
• Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 5 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor or equivalent or willingness to undertake training
