Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking an Accommodation Standards Team Member to maintain and improve guest room standards at Longford Forest. You will perform guest-ready checks and help ensure the highest quality experience for guests.

The role is part-time with shifts on Fridays and Mondays from 10:30am to 4:30pm, offering a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4-week period and potential extra hours. Benefits include free access to leisure facilities and employee discounts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards
• Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed
• Report faults via the company fault reporting system
• Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, working Fridays and Mondays, 10:30am to 4:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes bank holidays
• Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
