Aqua Sana Forest Spa at Longford Forest, part of Center Parcs, seeks a Spa Shift Manager (fixed-term) to lead day-to-day operations and nurture guest experiences during shifts.

The role involves managing a large team, owning a specialist area, and working early mornings, weekends and bank holidays, with a pro rata salary around €35,600. Contract ends 25 May 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and people management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 5 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor or equivalent or willingness to undertake training.

Spa Shift Manager (fixed-term)

Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longford Forest | Circa €35,600 per annum pro rata

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands‑on role, you’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
• Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
• Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
• Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed‑term contract until 25th May 2027

• Part‑time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
