Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our luxury spa team. You will welcome guests with a 5-star approach, tour the facility, assist with check-ins for appointments, and help maintain pristine treatment rooms and relaxation areas.

Working approx. 32 hours per week with shift flexibility, you will support spa staff, manage supplies, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and service in a beautiful hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or cleaning role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5 star greeting and welcome to spa guests

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and common areas

The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels is recruiting for a full time Spa Attendant. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to spa guests and ensuring that the spa facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. The Spa Attendant will also be responsible for assisting the spa staff with a variety of tasks, including setting up treatment rooms, laundry, and restocking supplies. Working hours are approximately 32 hours per week, and shift work & flexibility are required in this position. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or cleaning role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will have attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment and the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
