Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Sous Chef to support and lead kitchen operations within our Galway properties. You will mentor culinary staff and uphold high standards of food production, while deputising for the Head Chef when required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in hotels or similar
• Unrelenting focus on quality
• Ability to lead and mentor culinary staff
• Ability to support the kitchen operations of a hotel
• Willingness to learn and develop in the role
