Job summary

SAM'S ROAD HOUSE LIMITED in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, is seeking an experienced chef (Sous Chef / Chef de Partie) to run a busy kitchen and join a full-time team. Suitable candidates will have minimum 5 years in a kitchen, a Level 5 QQI or culinary qualification, and strong leadership skills. Fluent English (B2) is expected.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland; the role is based on site at The Road House, Mullingar. Driving licence (Full B) is desirable.
