The g Hotel & Spa, part of Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition, is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef, inspiring and developing the kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will lead in a busy, guest‑facing kitchen, uphold our values of respect and collaboration, and benefit from a range of staff perks and ongoing training opportunities.

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

The Sous Chef will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Kitchen department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Sous Chef, you'll be the backbone of the team as you'll be working with the Head Chef to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us.

You’ll be an inspirational leader within the kitchen and passionate about developing those around you, creating the kitchen you want to lead and working with the Head Chef to provide an amazing service to our guests.
