Job summary

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa, part of Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Ireland. You will support the F&B Manager, supervise daily service, and coach a team to deliver guest experiences that align with our standards and values.

As a key on-floor leader, you will motivate the team during busy times, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to creating memorable moments for guests across events and everyday service.

Job description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

You’ll be the backbone of the team as Food & Beverage Supervisor, as you’ll be working with your Head of Department to motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be there for the team on the floor, showing exceptional leadership skills to maintain positivity over busy times and inspire excellent guest care.

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager to manage daily operations and supervise service delivery
• Help to meet and exceed guests’ expectations by offering exceptional hospitality
• Support with the training and coaching of new team members
• Be creative and bring ideas to the table
