wagamama ltd is seeking a sous chef to lead our kitchen team with a passion for guest experience and food quality across a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will inspire and engage the team while upholding high standards of quality and service.

You will coach staff on the line, plan shifts, monitor health and safety, and contribute to cost control and stock management. This full-time role is based in our Dundrum restaurant, offering dynamic, people-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing a line.
• Strong knowledge of food quality and safety standards.
• Ability to plan shifts and manage labour costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team with passion and care for guests and colleagues.
• Manage the line and plan shifts to ensure proper cover.
• Coach and develop team members to reach high standards.
