Job summary

wagamama in Ireland is hiring a sous chef to lead our kitchen, champion food quality and standards, and inspire a team of cooks. You’ll drive training, manage line operations, and ensure costs and safety compliance are met during busy service periods.

You will support the team with coaching on the go, celebrate successes, and contribute to a positive guest and colleague experience while upholding wagamama’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training others.
• Strong knowledge of food quality standards and health & safety.
• Ability to manage line cooks, plan shifts and coach on the go.
• Understanding of gross profit, stock control and labour costs.
