wagamama ltd in Dundrum, Ireland is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a full-time role. You will grow into a leadership position, upholding exceptional food knowledge, quality and standards, and you will guide and inspire the kitchen team during service.

You will support the team with shift planning, maintain health and safety standards, and contribute to delivering an outstanding dining experience while managing cost and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on food quality and standards.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to coach and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high performance.

Responsibilities
