Job summary

wagamama is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to run the pass, lead from the front, and shape a kitchen where everyone can thrive. You’ll mentor teams, jump into prep, and keep service flowing with a Kaizen mindset.

In this full-time role, you’ll foster a safe, energetic environment, drive quality and performance, and support your next step toward a Head Chef position within a vibrant, people-centred kitchen.
