Job summary

wagamama is seeking a senior sous chef for a full-time role in Dundrum, Ireland. You will run the pass, lead from the front and help shape a kitchen where everyone can thrive, with real responsibility and impact on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Mentor chefs and grow confidence and capability across the team.
• Oversee prep, problem-solve, and keep service flowing.
• Drive kaizen improvements and implement small but meaningful changes.
