Splunk, a Cisco company, seeks a technically strong Solutions Engineer to support UK Commercial Sales, focusing on Ireland and Scotland. You’ll be the technical authority on Splunk solutions, engaging with client technical staff and tailoring positioning to business needs.

Based in Ireland or Scotland, you will travel as needed and collaborate with regional teams, running workshops, POCs, and empowering customers to achieve value.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate clearly in meetings, calls, emails, RFPs, and reports.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience with SaaS or data solutions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Establish and own strong technical relationships within the territories you support.
• Achieve the 'technical win' by moving opportunities through qualification, validation, and business validation.
• Develop technical activity plans to validate Splunk products and deliver value post-sale.
• Partner with Regional Sales Manager in meetings to discover customer needs.
• Run presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and answer technical questions.
• Scope and run Proof of Concepts with clients.
• Keep Splunk knowledge up to date and maintain Salesforce updates.
