Job summary

Archer Recruitment partners with a leading Irish professional body to hire a Solutions Architect guiding a major technology transformation. You’ll replace legacy systems and introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and AI across the organisation, with Agentic AI at the heart of the design.

This role offers real influence across business and technology teams, vendors and delivery partners. You’ll translate complex solutions for senior stakeholders, challenge designs, and ensure architecture

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture and enterprise integration experience.
• Proven Generative / Agentic AI transformation experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integration expertise.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Shape Generative & Agentic AI strategy and implementation
• Client-side role with real influence across the organisation

Join a leading Irish professional body at the start of a major technology transformation, replacing legacy systems and introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and AI across the organisation.

This is not a standard Solutions Architect role. Agentic AI is at the heart of the position, with Phase 1 of the transformation complete and the next stage moving into design. You’ll work across business and technology teams, vendors and delivery partners, translating complex solutions for senior stakeholders and challenging designs when they don’t fit the organisation.
