Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications or Technical Design.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Practical experience designing and implementing AI and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with Agentic AI, RAG architectures and Responsible AI principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and business engagement skills.
• Experience driving business transformation through technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape high‑value AI opportunities across business and technology functions.
• Facilitate AI workshops and engage with stakeholders to define use cases and business value.
• Design end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Redesign business processes using AI, automation and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Lead technical delivery of PoCs, prototypes and production‑ready AI solutions.
• Support AI governance, standards, best practices and capability development.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across projects and programmes.

• Comfortable working across business, architecture and delivery teams.
