Skyline Solar Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support & Systems Specialist in Ireland to ensure optimal performance of installed solar PV and energy storage systems.

The role combines technical troubleshooting, system integration, and ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position involves monitoring, fault resolution, and close collaboration with customers and installers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, and electrical systems.
• Experience with system monitoring platforms (Alpha ESS, Sofar, Renac).
• Problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
