Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our ITXE Agentic Engineering team. You will help integrate IT systems, tools, and data into a unified Data360 environment, learning to support seamless integration and operation of our devices as part of an agentic, proactive IT organization.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in automation.
• Some experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud), or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and how they're used to integrate systems.
• Some experience working in cloud and serverless environments, with a preference for AWS.

Responsibilities

• Unify data sets from osquery, device management tooling, network logs, and other systems into a Data360 environment under supervision.
• Support the build-out of Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce and Data360 Workflows.
• Write and maintain automations using Python, Swift, and Go, on AWS platforms like Lambda and API Gateway.
• Work with APIs such as Jamf, Workspace One UEM, FleetDM, SCCM, and Intune.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain serverless infrastructure in AWS.
