Job summary

Salesforce Ireland in Dublin seeks a Software Engineer MTS to help unify data across IT systems into a Data360 environment. You’ll work on Agentic workflows, automation, and integration with various APIs, reporting to senior engineers.

Ideal candidates have AI automation exposure, familiarity with Salesforce/Data360, and experience in cloud/serverless settings (AWS). The role supports hybrid office arrangements in Ireland, with emphasis on collaboration and scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

Experience applying AI technologies to automation tasks.
Hands-on with Salesforce and Data360 or similar platforms is a plus.
Solid understanding of SOAP/REST APIs and integration patterns.
Experience in cloud/serverless environments, especially AWS.

Responsibilities

Unify data sets into a Data360 environment under senior guidance.
Help build Agentic workflows using Agentforce and Data360 Workflows.
Write automations in Python, Swift, or Go on MuleSoft and AWS platforms.
Engage with APIs including Jamf, Workspace ONE, FleetDM, SCCM and Intune.
Partner with IT teams to maintain serverless AWS infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate).
