Job summary

CPL Healthcare Limited is recruiting compassionate Social Care Workers to join reputable services across Ireland. The role focuses on supporting young people and adults with disabilities in residential care, delivering high-quality, person-centered support.

You will promote independence, support emotional and behavioural needs, and work within a multidisciplinary team to enhance service user well-being. A Level 7 qualification is required, with HIQA guidelines knowledge and a full driving

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification: Bachelor degree in Social Care, Social Education or Psychology.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care, keyworking and safeguarding practices.
• Experience and understanding of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of HIQA policies, procedures and Children’s First guidelines.
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
