Job summary

Location: Nationwide, Ireland (Relocation Required) Contract Type: Permanent Full-time

Kats Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join well-established private healthcare providers across Ireland. We have multiple roles available focusing on both adult disability services and children in foster care.

Strict Requirements & Experience

To be considered for these roles, you must strictly meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Experience:
  • Adult Services: 3+ months of experience with disabilities, autism, or similar conditions.
  • Children's Services: 3+ months experience supporting 8 to 18-year-olds in protective environments.

• Nationality & Eligibility: EU / UK Passport Holders Only.

• Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or Social Education.

• Note: For adult services, candidates will initially be offered Direct Support Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland.

• Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory.
