Job summary

Prosper Fingal is seeking a Social Care Worker to join the Day Services team in Balbriggan. You will support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to lead independent, meaningful lives with focus on choice and community participation.

Requirements include CORU registration and QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care. A driving licence is desirable. Prosper Fingal offers generous leave, pension, sick pay, EAP, cycle-to-work and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is essential.
• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care (or CORU-recognised qualification) required.
• Full, clean manual driving licence desirable.
• Strong communication and IT skills expected.
• Experience in disability services desirable.
• Positive, person-centred approach to support goals.
