Prosper Fingal is recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our Day Services team in Piercetown, Skerries, Co. Dublin. This role focuses on supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full, meaningful lives—promoting independence, choice and participation in the local community.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports and help individuals identify and pursue personal goals while upholding Prosper’s values.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).
• A QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or another CORU-recognised qualification.
• A full, clean manual driving licence (desirable).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Experience in disability services is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions is advantageous.
• A positive, person-centred approach and commitment to supporting people to achieve their goals.
