Prosper Fingal is recruiting a Social Care Worker for our Day Services team on Seatown Road, Swords. The role supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build independence, pursue interests, and participate in the local community.

We offer a permanent contract and a 30-hour week with potential for more hours. Prospective staff will be CORU registered with QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care and possess strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is essential.
• QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or CORU-recognised equivalent.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Positive, person-centred approach with commitment to goals.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver person-centred supports around individual needs and goals.
• Support development of everyday living skills and independence.
• Create opportunities for community involvement and meaningful relationships.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning.
