Prosper Fingal is recruiting a CORU-registered Social Care Worker to join our Respite Services team in Balbriggan, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. The role emphasizes person-centred support, helping residents have positive respite experiences in an established disability service.

You will contribute to personal planning, maintain records, and ensure alignment with HIQA Standards and Prosper's values. Evening, weekend and sleepovers are part of the roster.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as Social Care Worker is required.
• Full, clean manual driving licence is required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Experience in respite or residential services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
• Assist residents to participate in activities and access the community.
• Support residents to develop life and social skills.
• Maintain records and contribute to personal planning in line with HIQA standards.
