Job summary

TTM Healthcare are delighted to partner with a client delivering residential care for young people aged 7-18 in Lismore, Co Waterford. As a Social Care Worker you will support these young people to grow, become independent and overcome challenges.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring Level 7/Level 8 in Social Care, a full manual driver’s licence, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends on a 4-week cycle is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full manual drivers licence and access to own transport.
• Strong Communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Help young people aged 7-18 grow, become independent and overcome challenges.
• Support residents in a residential care setting and contribute to a safe, caring environment.
