Emerald Nursing is seeking CORU-registered Social Care Workers for Adult Services based in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established service supporting adults in a person-centred and community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a recognised equivalent.
• Current CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.
• Previous social care experience desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices.
• Full driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Support service users to achieve personal goals and maximise independence.
• Develop and implement individual care and support plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote the dignity, rights, safety, and wellbeing of service users.
