Job summary

TTM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker for mainstream residential care in Monkstown, Cork. You will support young people to grow, become independent and overcome challenges within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires a Level 7/Level 8 Social Care qualification, a full driver’s licence, and flexibility for sleepovers. You will contribute to a caring, stable setting while helping youths navigate daily life.

Qualifications

• Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driver’s licence and access to own transport.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work sleepovers.
