Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting an Agency Social Care Worker to support children and young people in a residential setting in Termonbarry, Co. Roscommon. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing home environment for ages 7–18, promoting education, well‑being and independence.

You will work day and sleepover shifts, with benefits including weekly pay, holiday entitlements and a referral bonus. Garda Vetting and CORU registration are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care.
• Coru registration is required.
• Irish resident with EU passport or Stamp 1G/4/4D/5 or 4 EUFam eligibility.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting and international police clearance if applicable.

As a Social Care Worker in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children and young people within a residential care setting, providing a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for those aged 7-18. You will promote emotional well-being, personal development, and independence through access to education, community engagement, and specialist clinical psychological support.

This position offers both day and sleepover shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care
• Coru registration
• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)
