Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is hiring experienced Social Care Workers to join Children’s Mainstream Residential Services in Roscommon. These agency roles offer flexible day shifts and sleepovers, providing an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children in care.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is required.
• Minimum Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Garda Vetting – Required.
• Driver’s Licence – Required.
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam) is required.
• International Police Clearance (if applicable).
• Willingness to undergo verification of qualifications directly with the issuing college/university.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care within a residential children’s service.
• Assist in the implementation of individual care plans and safeguarding practices.
• Promote independence, personal development, and community participation.
• Support children in daily routines, education, and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIQA regulations.

Education
