Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Support Workers for temporary positions in Listowel, Co. Kerry. You will work with adults with intellectual disabilities in a community Day Service setting, promoting independence and social inclusion.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with 6-hour shift lengths. Benefits include competitive pay and weekly payroll, with potential progression to permanent roles.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, or equivalent.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is essential.
• Full Manual Driver’s License.
• Resident in Ireland with EU Passport or Stamp statuses.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities in a Day Service setting to promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.
• Assist with daily activities and community-based engagement.
• Maintain flexible, reliable shifts and follow service hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00; 6-hour shifts; 30 hours/week).

Requirements
