Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Social Care Workers for a Children's Residential Service in the Monaghan area. Roles offer flexible shifts across days and nights, with a supportive environment and the chance to impact children's lives.

You will work to care plans, with safeguarding and therapeutic interventions, in a structured setting. The position requires CORU registration, a Level 7/8 Social Care qualification, VOQ verification, Garda Vetting, and a valid driving licence, among other

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is required.
• Minimum Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent).
• VOQ verification with the university.
• Garda Vetting is required.
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G/2/4/4D/5/4 EUFam).
• International Police Clearance (if applicable).
• Driver's Licence is required.
• Certificate in Children First (TUSLA).
• TCI Training (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care, safety, and support for children in a residential setting.
• Work in line with care plans to promote emotional, educational, and social development.
• Implement safeguarding practices and therapeutic interventions (TCI).
• Support children in achieving their goals using person-centered approaches.
• Maintain accurate reporting and compliance with HIQA and Tusla standards.

Requirements

• Must be CORU registered as a Social Care Worker
• Minimum Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent)
