Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Social Care Team Leader to join a residential setting in Roscommon. The role involves leading a care team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality care for young people.

You will work with a multidisciplinary therapeutic team, contribute to placement plan objectives and participate in staff development, training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' social care experience with children/young people.
• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Full manual driving licence and eligibility to drive in Ireland.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Compassionate, empathetic and patient approach.
• Flexibility to work 12 & 24-hour shifts, including nights/weekends.

Our client is a leading social care provider offering support to young people in a residential setting. They are currently looking for a Social Care Team Leader to join their team in Roscommon.

The role:

• Lead and support a residential care team
• Support the day-to-day running of the centre
• Promote positive outcomes for young people
• Support staff development and practice
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary therapeutic team
• Contribute to Placement Plan objectives and quality care

The ideal candidate will have:
