Job summary

Cpl Group's client in Ireland is seeking a Social Care Team Leader to supervise a residential care team in Cavan and drive delivery of high-quality care.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, a Level 7/8 qualification, a full driving licence, and strong leadership. You will work a 12- and 24-hour shift pattern, including nights and weekends, with mentoring and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' relevant social care experience with children/young people.
• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline.
• Full manual driving licence and eligibility to drive in Ireland.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of care practices and regulatory requirements.

Our client is a leading social care provider offering support to young people in a residential setting. They are currently looking for a Social Care Team Leader to join their team in Cavan.

The role:

• Lead and support a residential care team
• Support the day-to-day running of the centre
• Promote positive outcomes for young people
• Support staff development and practice
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary therapeutic team
• Contribute to Placement Plan objectives and quality care

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years' relevant social care experience with children/young people

Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline
