TikTok is hiring a Scaled Growth Graduate in Dublin for a 2027 start. As a graduate, you will join TikTok's Scaled Growth team to help businesses grow, manage onboarding, and pursue bold ideas while learning from experts in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or recently completed.
Experience in business development in indie agency or digital advertising desired.
English speaker with excellent communication and expression skills.
Strong ability to develop new customers and markets; proven cases preferred.
Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for EMEA large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding.
Achieve sales targets and drive pipeline goals.
Drive new Large Indie Agency partnerships through navigating complex organizations.
Proactively build relationships with Large Indie Agencies and platform partners to enhance TikTok's brand.
Identify new opportunities in the industry and promote business development.
