Salesforce in Dublin is seeking a dynamic Tableau Account Executive to drive revenue in the SMB segment across the CEE region. You will lead sales cycles, conduct product demos, and negotiate contracts, collaborating with partners and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, English fluency, and a client-first approach, with opportunities for growth within the Salesforce ecosystem in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting/exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role; SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets within the ESMB segment across the CEE region.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with partners, solution engineers, and other Salesforce teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Tableau's value.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with favorable terms for client and company.
